Reduced days in A/R from 74 to 50 in under 12 months for a diverse healthcare system, increasing cashflow by 35%.
Managed credentialing services for clients from Connecticut to Las Vegas, including training of internal staff.
Provided AR recovery to a 101 physician multi-specialty group, successfully collecting 4.9 million dollars over a 3 year period. All claims were over 120 days old at the time of assignment to recovery program.
Credentialing and contracting LTC facility with Blue Cross Blue Shield during a period of time when LTC facilities only accepted Medicare and Medicaid. She successfully worked with BC/BS representatives to establish and implement coverage guidelines to ensure General Motor Retirees access to available benefits.
